Answer: Yes, it can be used with polish on toenails. -

Answer: There are 2 pieces of plastic to remove. The white cotton pad with the active ingredient must be in direct contact with your nail. It is not really sticky but does feel a little wet on the white cotton pad. -

I have used this product for about 3 weeks but the change isn't obvious. Should I apply it over the nail surface, or around the root area?
Answer: Apply it to both the nail surface and around the root. Let it dry for about 15 minutes before going to bed. Improvement may be seen in 2 weeks.
