- 2 operating modes for modern & older sound systems - Use the Audio Extractor either on your TV's HDMI eARC port or as an HDMI splitter between HDMI source, TV/projector and AV receiver.
- TV sound via HDMI to your sound system - In eARC mode, audio signals from smart TV and connected HDMI devices such as Apple TV, Fire TV, Xbox or PlayStation are transmitted to an AV receiver in high quality.
- Ideal for older AV receivers with HDMI input - Even if your sound system does not support eARC, it can receive the sound via normal HDMI input. Important: there must be a true HDMI input.
- HDMI Splitter Mode with 4K HDR Passthrough - The video signal of a player is forwarded to TV or projector unchanged up to 4K 60Hz including HDR and Dolby Vision; the AV receiver receives the HDMI audio signal with black image in parallel.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COMPATIBILITY - USB powered required: 5V/350mA via USB socket or USB power supply, not included. Not suitable for the HDMI ARC port of a soundbar and not compatible with simple ARC soundbars, e.g. from Sonos, Samsung or Bose.
