The Aootek solar outdoor motion sensor lights have three modes, including security mode, permanent on all night, and smart brightness control. The lights have an enhanced PIR motion inductor and pick up motion quickly. They stay on as long as motion is detected and can be mounted where they receive enough sunlight during the day. The light has a brightness of 800 lumens and lasts for years under normal use. The battery is replaceable, and the PIR lens can be cleaned if it becomes dirty. One out of two units became less sensitive after a year of use, but the sensor can be replaced with ease. Despite its excellent features, one user experienced an issue with their unit after eight months. The light stays on for 15 seconds or less and comes in a broad lighting pattern. The mode button is inconveniently on the back and requires unscrewing the light fixture to access. The lights are excellent, great, bright, and will not disappoint, with satisfied customers recommending both the product and the manufacturer.
