Unfortunately, the company does not sell adapters for different sized pipes but suggests going to a local hardware store to look for the proper adapter. The shower head's manufacturing takes place in China, but the company is looking to support US manufacturing. Customers will need to remove the flow restrictor manually, which comes with the shower head, to increase the flow rate. The brass ball joint swivels 360 degrees to make adjusting the shower head easy. Removing the flow restrictor is a bit of a process, but it doesn't affect water output in a significant way.
