Kaiyodo Action Figures Editorial Review
The Revoltech Getter 1 (#031) has garnered an overall positive reception from customers, particularly highlighting its impressive sculpt and articulation, which enable a variety of dynamic poses. New collectors appreciate the figure as a beginner-friendly option due to its extensive range of accessories and visual appeal. The figure's design manages to capture the essence of the character, despite some noted flaws. However, users have pointed out specific issues that slightly mar the otherwise favorable experience. The neck joint is reported to be somewhat loose, and the shoulder joints, designed with a dual-twisting mechanism, limit mobility. Additionally, the figure comes with a cape that some feel is not integrated well and seems like an afterthought; yet, nostalgia plays a role for those who remember the character’s original design. The head size in relation to the body has also raised concerns about proportion, along with disagreements regarding its size, which some claim does not meet the advertised measurement of 7.6 inches. Despite the drawbacks, many customers find their overall satisfaction outweighs these complaints, making the Revoltech Getter 1 a desirable addition to their collections. **
