Cross Bailey Black Lacquer Ballpoint Pen & Selectip Rollerball Pen

The reception for this pen set has been mixed, with several customers expressing disappointment particularly concerning quality and completeness. While some users praised the pens for their aesthetic appeal and overall quality, others were let down by performance issues and missing components. A common grievance stemmed from the lack of promised extra refill cartridges, leading to frustration among users who had expected complete functionality from their purchase. Specific feedback highlighted that while the rollerball pen was well-received and wrote smoothly, the ballpoint pen suffered from performance issues, with several customers noting that it did not write immediately and felt less than satisfactory compared to other brands. The structural design of the pens also raised questions, as it appeared some customers received pens that were not fully functional, including one pen that could not be opened without tools. These concerns, combined with a lack of instructions, detracted from the overall positive image expected from Cross products. In conclusion, while some customers found the pen set appealing as a gift and appreciated the rollerball's writing experience, the issues with the ballpoint pen and the missing refills tarnished the purchase experience for many. **
