Qwixx is an additive game that requires lucky rolls of the dice and strategy to maximise the points gained by the end. It's a good family game, helping keep arithmetic skills sharp with a fast pace that never has a dull moment. Qwixx comes with 6 dice, 100 score sheets, and an instruction sheet that fits in a small easy to store deck-sized box with a magnetic closure. Although it's recommended for ages 8 and up, the game is best suited for 12 and older. Laminating the score sheets, ordering on the manufacturer's website, or just making a copy are great ways to accumulate more score sheets as they are used up quickly depending on how often you play the game. The one concern with Qwixx is the limited number of recording sheets; otherwise, it's quick and fun to play a bit of luck and a bit of solid strategic gameplay will offer a successful round and game.
