Within three weeks of use, they noticed that the zipper stripping was pulling away and the whole side lining was falling apart. They found that the bag was great for storing their day-to-day tools, although they sometimes had to get creative with the placement. Their only complaint was that it was difficult to balance the bag at their workstation. On the other hand, another customer was absolutely satisfied with the bag. They appreciated the amount of space it provided and Considered it a great addition to their tools. One non-English review mentioned that the bag had many small pockets for organizing tools but expressed disappointment in the small laptop compartment and noticed a defect in the fabric of the bag. While some customers have found it to be a useful and spacious bag for their tools, others have experienced durability issues and dissatisfaction with certain design elements.
