The kit is reasonably priced and includes a pistol grip tool that is easier to handle than a straight handle one. The plugs are thick and bond very well. The included glue not only helps bond the plug into the puncture, but it also lubricates the plug as it is pushed into the hole. This makes it easier to get the plug in and gives added insurance that the plug will not leak after repair. Although difficult to push the tool in for cleaning the hole before pushing in the plug, it was effective in patching a tire with a screw hole in the tread. With this repair kit, one can save money by fixing the puncture themselves instead of taking it to a garage or tire store.
