The high-pressure adjustable regulator may fix the hissing sound coming from an existing furniture table fire pit, which can be identified by using soapy water to test for leaks on the hoses and fittings on the table. The 90k BTU air mixer can be used for a 70k BTU fire pit burner, and it can be used to connect a 48" x 6" burner pan to your propane tank. The kit has everything you need to connect to a propane tank, but it does not come with a pressure regulating valve. The hose in this connection kit is a rubber hose that won't whistle, and the connection kit can be shipped with a 90k BTU air mixer instead of the 150k version by Celestial Fire Glass if requested. The kit should not be used indoors, and swivel joints that leak should not be used. In the reviews, customers have reported that the product is just what they needed for their table top fire pit, easy to install, and works great. The flames slowly decrease over time, and a washer is needed on the threads for tightening the Chrome cover Plate.
