Answer: Yes, these heaters have low maintenance requirements. -

Answer: Tariffs and costs of materials and labor have increased significantly in the last year. Many manufacturers have had to raise prices to their vendors, resulting in overall increased retail prices. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. -

How much area will the heater heat?
Answer: With good insulation it should heat about 125 square feet. If your insulation is poor then you will heat less area. -
Question:
What size breaker is needed for the heater?
Answer: You will need to use at least 14ga wire protected by a double pole 15amp breaker. Hope this helps. -
Question:
Can I keep the original housing of my existing King heater and just replace the inner heating element?
Answer: Yes. The part# for the element is B5-2412ELE and the part# for the limit is 60093. You will need to order both. -

Is it cheaper to purchase the heater in big box home improvement stores?
Answer: Maybe. You can check the prices in such stores. We returned ours purchased it in error. -
Question:
Can I use a Nest thermostat with this heater?
Answer: You would need to purchase a line voltage thermostat. Unfortunately the Nest thermostat will not work with this heater.
