However, it is a 110v motor and cannot be used with 220v. The rolling base is not included and needs to be purchased separately. Users have drilled 10” cores and 35 speaker holes in a concrete ceiling with it. The drill is versatile and the best bang for your buck. A center of hole locator gauge would be a useful improvement.
