It is made of Zinc, which unfortunately might rust, but you can use saran wrap to protect it. Though it is more suited for fingertip towels, you can also place regular hand towels on the stand. Reviews suggest that it is stable and well-Constructed; it does not wobble or fall over. It is stylish and fits well in most bathrooms, however it is also noted that it requires a larger vanity as it takes up a fair amount of space.
