Anyone having charging issues? My solar panel doesnt seem to be charging the camera.
Answer: Make sure you have direct sun for at least a few hours per day on the solar panel. And make sure the panel plug is pushed all the way into the camera charging port because it is designed to be a tight fit with the rubber seal to keep the elements out. Also, how many times you access the camera and how much you are recording will affect the battery charge greatly. -

Does this camera have anti jamming capabilities built in?
Answer: Yes. And lasers. -

Can my whole family use the app to look at the camera at the same time or only one at a time ? Thanks
Answer: We could NOT get 2 people to watch at the same time. One reason we sent it back. Also we could not watch it on our Windows desktop. -

If the wifi is off, will the sd card still record if there’s motion?
Answer: No. The unit needs to be connected to wifi. -

Answer: The camera does not have a password only your Wi-Fi QRL code. -

What are the intervals for the alarm for. It says 2 minutes 5 minutes and 10 minutes I believe. Does that mean the alarm will continue to go off?
