Edifier Wireless Multiroom Systems Editorial Review
The Edifier Mic-Free Smart Speaker is a good speaker for its price with good sound quality and adequate power to fill a typical room with loud music. It is well-made and designed. However, the lack of equalizer capability or tone control is a downside. Setting up wifi control using Alexa is a bit of a hassle. The speaker is only a Bluetooth Speaker with Alexa, not a proper smart speaker, as it does not have an onboard mic and assistant. It is WiFi-compatible and can play music in a group. Some reviewers report connectivity problems but others find it easy to use. The sound quality is reportedly good but the bass is average. It is not portable and therefore requires to be plugged in.
