Answer: No, it's only good for the hero 3. -

Does the GoPro Hero3 LCD Touch BacPac come in a HERO3+ version?
Answer: I am not familiar with a Hero 3+. I have a Hero 3 Black Edition and it fits perfectly. I do remember reading about compatibility to Hero 1 and 2 versions. -

What does this do that the smart phone app can't?
Answer: The backpack allows you to use the camera as if it had a viewfinder without switching Wifi on the phone or iPad. It's far more convenient and not something extra in your hands to look at. -

Does this work with hero 5?
Answer: No, but the HERO5 Black has a built-in screen. -

Does the LCD screen come with the case to fix at the camera?
Answer: This package does not come with the housing. It includes the LCD Touch BacPac, Touch backdoor, Standard backdoor, Skeleton backdoor & Protective case. The doors included in this box will only work with the dive housing, which has the screws on the front of it. -

I purchased the hero 3 black, then the touch screen. The dive touch screen back door does not fit on my original housing. Help?
Answer: I assume you've removed the standard backdoor from the dive housing and are trying to attach the touchscreen backdoor. It is easier if the housing is not attached to anything. Check the LCD user guide (page 7) on the support page on gopro.com. -
