The product is manufactured in the USA by the in-house PhD chemist of PCA Skin, who uses only the best and quality ingredients with proven results. This moisturizer is expensive, but it is worth the price as it provides quick results and a great smell too. However, one reviewer wrote that the product has a strong smell, which may not be ideal for users who are sensitive to smells. Another reviewer mentioned that the product made almost everything pull up into little balls all over her face, which was not pleasant at all.
