    Answer: While these bags are not 100 % rigid, you would have a very hard time folding it in either direction just because the walls are heavily insulated & the materials are thick so I would tell you no you cant fold it - definitely not in 1/2 heightwise. You CAN fold fish bags which insulate less but are far more pliable.

The bag is not foldable due to the heavily insulated walls and thick materials. However, it is not waterproof and cannot be folded in half.
