The Mitutoyo 103-130 Outside Micrometer appears to be a high-quality product with a baked-enamel finish, ratchet stop, 25-50mm range, 0.001mm graduation, and -0.002mm accuracy. The rotating thimble is metallic, while the small safety lever and the small part where the ratchet is rotated are plastic. The differences between the 103-129 and the 102-707 are in the basic shape of the micrometer body, and both would work fine.
