Answer: The hook loop dots is Self Adhesive Dots,It can stick to most of things, including thermal laminat -

Will they stick to the wall? Will they damage the surface if they come off?
Answer: It depends on the wall. They do not like painted cement walls, but some stuck. The sticky surface sometimes came off of some, but not all of the Velcro. -

What are these sticky dots used for?
Answer: I use them a lot of times instead of tape. They don't fall off either when used in the classroom. -

Will these stick to clothing?
Answer: They will stick but not for long. I have used a few to 'hem' my pants for a night out and they worked. -

I'm not sure what these dots are used for. Are they used to put photos in albums?
Answer: I don't know what you want to use them for, so it is hard to answer your question. I use them to attach pictures to schedules for my students at school. It is simply both sides of velcro fasteners in small circles. I like them because I hate cutting out velcro strips and getting the sticky part all over my scissors. Hope I helped! -
Question:
Will these stick to felt? For a child's felt cape?
Answer: Yes but will need to use heavy felt. I have used it with felt board (felt stretched and hot glued to a 3-section cardboard carral) in my classroom as a storyboard. The velcro is attached on rough side of story pieces. A cape may need the velcro that is sewn in if cape is worn multiple times, though. -
Question:
Velcro to attach to mounted photos?
Answer: I haven't used them for this, but have used them for laminated signs made from tag and they held but I don't know about removing the dots from photographs. The dots do come off the signs without damage. -
Question:
How long does it take to bond on fabric? Planning on using these to hang blackout window coverings.
Answer: I have not used these to bond to fabric. When I used them on plastic, the bond was immediate and pretty strong. These were a great value.
