Answer: Absolutely! Mine was pierced and they used a flat back but the top piece kept unscrewing when I would clean it. Well eventually I lost the ball and didn’t know what else to put in there. I had these on hand because I actually use them for my belly button and so I put it in and I am happy to say that I love this so much more than the flat back! -
