The Bootstrap Farmer Greenhouse Plastic is a 4-year, 6 mil, UV-resistant clear polyethylene film perfect for gardening in all four seasons. The product is effective for soil solarization to kill weeds. Be careful when purchasing, the dimension of the plastic is slightly shy of the labeled size and requires extra slack for coverage. Also, note that the seams where the plastic is folded for packaging may tear in cold temperatures, so it's not ideal in regions with extreme cold or windy climates. The product does come with some assembly instructions, but the company recommends the spring wire and channel method for installs because using glue may cause bonding issues down the road.
