These easy to assemble dumbbells are not bulky like other sets, and can adjust from 5 to 52 lbs with every 2.5 lb increment in between. They have a good grip on the bar, with spin collars to hold the weights firmly in place. It is worth noting that the bar is about 1.125", so they won't fit any plates with a 1" standard hole. These dumbbells do rust after extended use, but for most people, this is not a dealbreaker. Lastly, they come in two separate boxes for each dumbbell. The Unipack Adjustable Dumbbells are highly recommended for their excellent value, good quality, and the range of weight adjustments on the bar.
