Unfortunately, they do not provide support and have a flat shoe bottom and unsole. They come in various sizes with no kid sizes available. The insole length of the shoes is proportionate to the shoe size. The shoes are great for water aerobics, however, the thick bottom of the shoe may be a bit problematic for swimming. The shoes are also buoyant, making them hard to swim with. The shoes have good grip and airflow, with a sole that comes up to protect toes. The sizing is a bit odd, with the shoe being a little bigger than expected. Therefore, customers must choose their size wisely.
