A medium size fits a person who is 6ft in height plenty long. However, the sizing may be tricky, and it is recommended to order a size bigger. The phone pocket is compatible with an iPhone XR. The Featherweight Vest is the lightest vest, but the 101 and RFID Travel Vest are also adequate. The front zipper problems mentioned in some reviews seem to have been corrected with a new zipper.
