The VONETS VBG1200 Industrial Mini Dual Band 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi Bridge/Router/WiFi to Ethernet Adapter/AC1200 WiFi Signal Range Extender is a powerful device that is easy to configure, except for the confusing instructions. Some users found it very difficult to connect to their LAN, but once set up, it works great. The device may have a temperature issue, with the reported temperature often exceeding the max operating temperature of 55 degrees Celsius. The size of the router is also a concern for some users as they believe it could be 4 times the size for effectively dissipating the heat. The initial setup is not intuitive, and it appears that the firmware is extremely buggy. It took one user around 10 hours to fully set it up, but once he achieved it, the device started operating great. Some customers found the WiFi connection to be flaky and for some reported issues, the device dropped the internet connection frequently.
