The UMLIFE 6PCS TEC1-12704 Ceramics Thermoelectric Cooler Peltier 12V 4A Cells Peltier Elemente Module is a set of six Peltier modules that cool efficiently and are easy to attach to heat sinks. Each device requires a 15 amp power supply for full power operation. Although it is possible to stack a 12705 Peltier on top of a 12706, it is not recommended as it uses Considerably more power for only a slight increase in heat pumped. There is no datasheet available for the TEC1-12710. Customers have reported mixed experiences with this product. Some reported receiving faulty modules, while others reported success using them for cooling devices. One customer reported that the Peltier unit got really hot when hooked up to a 42A 12.8V battery, but improved after limiting the current to 2A. Another customer reported that the modules are accurately labeled at 15A and Consume at least 160-180 Watts. Keep in mind that the cool side heats up to 15 degrees above room temperature when the power is off.
