What is the primary use of NOVUS 7030 Fine Scratch Remover?

NOVUS 7030 is designed specifically to eliminate fine scratches from surfaces such as acrylic, polycarbonate, and plastic. By using a professional-grade formula, it effectively smooths and restores the original clarity of the surface, making it ideal for items like car headlights, displays, and various plastic furniture.

How do I apply NOVUS 7030 Fine Scratch Remover?

To use NOVUS 7030, first clean the surface with soap and water to remove dirt and debris. Then, apply a small amount of the remover to a soft, clean cloth and rub it onto the scratched area in a circular motion. Continue until the scratches are less visible, and then buff the area to restore a clear finish.

Can NOVUS 7030 be used on automotive surfaces?

Yes, NOVUS 7030 is safe for use on automotive surfaces, especially for clearing scratches on headlights and plastic components. Its formulation efficiently restores clarity, enhancing visibility and overall appearance, which is perfect for maintaining your vehicle’s aesthetic appeal.

Is NOVUS 7030 suitable for all types of plastics?

NOVUS 7030 works effectively on most types of plastics, particularly acrylic and polycarbonate. However, it is recommended to test a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility and optimal results for your specific plastic type.

How often can I use NOVUS 7030 Fine Scratch Remover?

The frequency of use depends on the level of scratches and wear on your items. For regular maintenance, using NOVUS 7030 once every few months is advisable. However, for deeper scratches or frequent use items, more regular applications may be necessary to keep surfaces looking pristine.

How long does it take for NOVUS 7030 to work?

The process of using NOVUS 7030 can vary; typically, initial results can be noticed within minutes as you rub the product into the scratches. For best results, it's suggested to allow the product to settle for some time before buffing, ensuring a longer-lasting finish.

Will NOVUS 7030 remove deep scratches?

Can I use NOVUS 7030 on tinted windows?

Using NOVUS 7030 on tinted windows is not recommended as it may potentially affect the tint. It's crucial to follow manufacturer guidelines for care and maintenance specific to tinted surfaces, as improper use can lead to bubbling or peeling.
