The TOSOT Portable Air Conditioner is an efficient unit that can cool spaces up to 400 square feet. It has a SACC of 6000 BTU/H, and its EER is 8 while its SEER is calculated at 9.12. The unit comes with an exhaust hose with a diameter of 5.7 inches, which can be extended up to 4.9 feet. It can be used in casement windows, although a window seal is required for installation. It's a compact portable AC that works well but only at a limited capacity on a hot, humid day. The noise is tolerable, and it produces enough cooling, although it only runs for a few minutes at a time. The water produced during operation is not very efficient, and when overfilling occurs, it tends to spill over to the floor. It is important to note that the unit must be vented to the outside, and the included accessory kit is for sliding windows and hung windows only. On the positive side, the unit is easy to install, and its remote control is functional, although there are reports of it malfunctioning after a few months of use. It is suitable for use in residential garage gyms, body home spaces, hot upstairs floors, and high-rise buildings. Also, it is perfect for cooling off a room where existing AC units do not reach.
