However, the speaker can only pair with another Soundcore Trance speaker, and its wireless range is limited, with sound becoming choppy after walking more than 12-15 feet away. In terms of design, users commented on the cheap carry strap. A significant issue that was reported is after less than three months of use, the speaker's sound quality diminished, leading to a crackling and muffled sound. The problem could not be resolved even after troubleshooting. Users are hoping for a refund or replacement.
