Flashpoint Booms & Stands Air-Cushioned Stand Editorial Review
The Flashpoint 9.5' Blue Color Coded Pro Air Cushioned Heavy Duty Light Stand is a portable and lightweight photography light stand tripod that offers great value for the price. Despite its inexpensive price point, the build quality is surprisingly good, making it a reliable option for photographers on the go. Its compact size when folded up, measuring 36", makes it easy to travel with. Customers have praised its sturdiness and its ability to support their lights. The height is sufficient for most needs, and the blue accents add a nice touch. It also comes with a carrying case, enhancing its portability and protecting it during transport. While the majority of customers have had positive experiences with this light stand, there have been a few complaints. One customer received a damaged product with a dent on one of the legs. Another experienced a collapse of one of the extensions, effectively reducing its length. This customer requested a replacement but had no luck, as the replacement order was automatically canceled without explanation. Another customer had one out of three stands break during the first shoot and cited low-quality knobs for tightening. However, despite these negative experiences, the majority of customers have found this stand to be reliable and an excellent value. Overall, the Flashpoint 9.5' Blue Color Coded Pro Air Cushioned Heavy Duty Light Stand offers a great combination of portability, sturdiness, and value for photographers looking for a lightweight option.
