    Answer: I'm going to assume it's the five-foot wide 125gal... I'd say if you have no coral or low-light coral you could get away with two; but I'd recommend 4

    Answer: Depends on what you are trying to light. If you don't need tons of light, e.g. soft corals etc., then three would work fine. If you have higher light demands, then 4 would be best in a one, two, one arrangement.

    Answer: You will need to modify the hood somehow but honestly, this light is meant to be higher off the waterline. It would be best to remove the hood.
