Answer: Without measuring I would say about 12-14” round. They are all the same size. I have 2 and they are just filled differently. -

Can this product be used in yoga instead of yoga sandbags?
Answer: We have not had feedback from people using our SandBell as a yoga sandbag but it's certainly a possibility. You can use these sandbell sandbags for many different exercises that you might use free weights for. -

I'm thinking of ordering a heavier bag and removing some of the sand. can I do this?
Answer: I wouldn’t do it. I’m not sure how you would close it back up in such a way to keep the remaining sand in. It would be a huge mess waiting to happen. -

Answer: You can use these sandbell sandbags for many different exercises that you might use free weights for. However, I would recommend some sessions with a certified personal trainer before purchasing so you learn how to do the exercises correctly and know what weight(s) to select. -

Answer: Yes, it has a handle on it. People really like to after enouragment statements from me to think of a stress from that day and all together lets slam it away. -

What is the exact diameter of the 2 lb and 4 lb weights?
Answer: The 10lbbag is between 10-12 inches. They get larger as the lbs go up. Sorry I couldn’t be more help. -

Answer: The SandBell was invented by Hyperwear, an Austin, Texas, USA company. They are manufactured in Vietnam and shipped to Hyperwear in Austin where they are filled with washed and kiln dried clean sand from a USA source. Hyperwear holds 3 US Patents for the SandBell. -

Hello, I am undecided on choosing the sandbell or steelbell. does one have more benefits than the other?
Answer: I have used both and I prefer the sandbell. The steel bell is not as easy to carry as the sandbell.
