The carrier is aerodynamic, tapers in size, and has pre-drilled holes but may require additional drilling. It needs a roof rack and crossbars to attach, but it is pre-drilled for 22" on center, and it can fit more sizes. The top closes over the bottom with an "over lip" to keep water out, making it excellent against the wind and rain. However, some customers complained about the thin plastic, which was wobbly while loading. The lid locks were hard to use, and the product was hard to open, close, lock, and unlock. One customer said it was too small and should not have bought it because it was in the trash after one use.
