The product is slightly pricey, but it does its job. However, the customer experience is mixed. One customer claimed that the pan is shallow, and the handle broke off after just a short time. Another was pleased with the product's size and the fact that it makes perfect single-serving portions of donburi, but they were disappointed that the lid had to be purchased separately.
