Answer: No, if you want it to drain, you’ll need to drill a few holes in it. -

Can this planter be left outside during winter in Missouri/Midwest weather?
Answer: I would think so. They are beautiful pots. I had ordered them in the past and liked them so much we ordered more. I know they are a little pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for.
