- Strong and Sturdy: Compared with ordinary ABS, ABS-GF has higher strength and stiffness. The flexural strength increased by 12% and the flexural modulus increased by 23%. Ideal for making load-bearing models and bend-resistant parts.
- Dimensional stability: ABS-GF has better dimensional stability than ordinary ABS, minimizing warpage and deformation during the printing process, making it an ideal choice for printing precision mechanical structures and geometric models.
- Water-resistant and durable: ABS-GF has better waterproofness and durability, making it an ideal choice for printing production and daily items such as mechanical casings, connectors and molds.
- Easy to print: Nozzle temperature: 250-270 °C; Recommended nozzle size: 0.4-1.0 mm; Base plate temperature: 100-110 °C; Cooling fan: off; Print speed: 30-90 mm/s
