Putting together the structure is manageable, although no screw holes, which makes it a bit time-Consuming. There are safety certificates, and all of the products with replacement parts and decals can be ordered directly from the Step2 Consumer service team. The only notable negative review mentioned that it is not easy to put together without any hardware issues.
