Inateck Editorial Review
The product receives mixed feedback from customers, showcasing a variety of experiences. On one hand, users appreciate the scanner's efficiency and ease of use, particularly highlighting its capabilities in school settings for tracking activities, such as lap counts in a Run Club. Customers find it convenient thanks to its simple setup, significant battery life, and competitive pricing compared to other brands. However, there are notable complaints regarding product durability and customer support. Some users experienced failure within a short time frame—often around two months—expressing frustration with the lack of assistance from the company when issues arose. This dissatisfaction prompted customers to seek alternatives, mentioning they found other products to be more reliable and cost-effective, showcasing a significant divide in user experiences. Another perceived flaw is the design choice of using an outdated USB connector, which has led some to question the product's modernity and usability. In summary, while the scanners are appreciated for their immediate functionality and longevity by some users, others have encountered serious reliability issues coupled with poor customer service, leading to significant disappointment. **
