The vest is available in two options, a fixed 8lbs version, or an adjustable version that can be set between 10 to 16lbs. It is made of neoprene material and contains sand pockets that are sewn into it. The weight is evenly distributed in the vest and does not feel heavy on the front or the back. The straps can be adjusted to fit the body, and it can go up to a 50-inch waist. It is convenient to wear all day long as it is comfortable to wear and does not move around much for those who do light walking or jogging. Customer Experience: Customers who bought the Empower Weighted Vest for Women are happy with the product as it has enough weight to give a good workout without feeling uncomfortable. Some customers started with the 8lbs vest and gradually progressed to the heavier weights, while others used it for their daily activities such as cooking or doing housework.
