The construction is very sturdy, beautiful and designed to last long. However, some customers have reported that this product has had issues with wear and tear after prolonged use, especially when used by professional musicians for over 1200 hours a year. There are also complaints about the sound quality that is considered mediocre with limited volume adjusters from quiet to very loud, which some find missing the in-between.
